A dynamic business operations and optimization specialist with a B.Com in Business Administration, Monique brings 15 years of diverse expertise to the table stemming from a career at SA Taxi Finance a subsidiary of Transaction Capital and Ferreira, Kennedy and Zwarts Optometrists as a Business Consultant.
Career highlights include the design and implementation of a WhatsApp Bot for business, a Legal-and-Collections Workflow system, an Insurance sales Collections system and Debtors management and system integration within the optometry space. As the driving force behind the business operations at Outeniqua Tax Shop, Monique excels in streamlining processes and boosting efficiency. Her passion for innovation and precision fuels the growth and success of every venture she leads.

Carla Morrow
Carla is a force to be reckoned with a natural flair for operational planning. Now a Director at The Tax Shop – Outeniqua, she brings a unique fusion of financial expertise and hands-on business acumen, making her an invaluable asset to The Tax Shop Outeniqua.
Armed with a Bachelors’ degree in Informatics and a Diploma in Financial Markets and Instruments, Carla’s skillset is perfectly aligned to drive financial efficiency and business growth. Her corporate journey began in the marketing and investment sector at RMB, where she mastered market analysis and financial instruments. But true to her dynamic nature, she pivoted from the corporate world at a crucial juncture—to raise her children while helping build a thriving optometry practice alongside her husband.
Her impact was profound. Carla took charge of finance and administration, spearheading payroll management, debtor recoveries, and accounting affairs—all while playing a crucial role in scaling the business from one to three successful practices.
Carla brings her extensive expertise in medical practice management, accounting, and bookkeeping, ensuring your practice is financially sound and operationally streamlined.
